The following tools are provided to help you get the most out of your software:
Support is available by email to software customers with current support contracts. Email the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Support is provided by telephone to software customers with current support contracts, between the hours of 9:30am to 12:45pm and 2:15pm to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:30am to 12:45pm and 2:15pm to 4:45pm on Friday, UK standard time, and with the exception of public holidays.

Online Support is provided using LogMeIn Rescue. LogMeIn Rescue provides a secure environment within which you can consent for us to view and also to take control of your desktops and servers. LogMeIn Rescue allows you to show us any issues that you are experiencing quickly and easily and us to diagnose and then resolve issues more quickly and easily.
We also use LogMeIn Rescue to deliver Usability Support and for providing Professional Services and Training remotely.
